Institutions establish the Career Discovery Experience as a 1-3 credit course integrated into their existing first-year/exploratory structure (e.g., as a First-Year Seminar).
Faculty and/or advisors are designated as instructor of record.
Each instance is configurable and customizable to fit campus needs.
The result: a unique experience where students find belonging and build their purpose through inspiration and exposure.
The immersive semester-long experience connects students with leading organizations,
new career pathways, and real professionals.
Each week is rooted in a NACE competencies-aligned theme to help students build durable workplace skills while exploring what they enjoy most.
Students connect with real professionals across industries, organizations, and functions, learning firsthand from their career journeys.
Advising and career teams provide guided reflection and bring campus resources to life through co-designed cohort sessions.
