The Program Design
We’ve co-designed an immersive experience which gives students broad exposure to possibilities–for their long-term futures and time on campus.
Real-World Projects Students work on projects addressing real challenges with our employer partners, across organization sizes and types, industries, and functions. Engaging with real work gives students valuable insights into their prospective futures, through the experiences of employees who were once in their shoes
Real-Time Reflection Students routinely reflect on their experiences over the semester, honing in on what they love–and what doesn’t resonate. We engage campus advising and coaching to ensure students have a clear view of opportunities on their campus, and how to translate their desired career path into the major(s), skills, and experiences they will pursue.
Live Engagement In LiveLab and campus cohort meetings, students collaborate weekly with students from across backgrounds and interests. All students–whether they study on campus or online–have the opportunity to build community and practice valuable workplace-ready skills which will help keep them enrolled and help them succeed after graduation.
Career Connections Career events and preparation activities are integrated throughout the program. Students learn the ins-and-outs of career preparation early, and are ready to take on the professional world when the time for internships and post-grad jobs comes.
